Each of these providers has its own privacy policy and cookie policy. We recommend reviewing their policies to understand how they handle data collected through their cookies. Recruitable has Data Processing Agreements in place with Google and uses these services in accordance with applicable data protection law.
Recruitable provides white-labeled technology to recruitment agencies including job application forms, AI Resume Builders, and scheduling interfaces. When these appear on recruitment agency websites, cookies may be set by both the recruitment agency and by Recruitable. The recruitment agency is responsible for their own cookie compliance on their website. Recruitable’s own cookies set through these interfaces are governed by this Cookie Policy. Recruitable recommends that all recruitment agencies using Recruitable-powered interfaces on their websites implement their own cookie consent banners covering both first-party and Recruitable third-party cookies.

6.2 Browser Settings
All major browsers allow you to control cookies through their settings. You can set your browser to block all cookies, block third-party cookies only, or delete existing cookies. In addition to browser controls, you can use the following opt-out tools:
Our legal basis for setting each category of cookie is as follows:
For UK visitors, our cookie practices comply with the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations 2003 and UK GDPR. For EU and EEA visitors, our practices comply with the EU ePrivacy Directive and EU GDPR. For visitors from other countries, we apply the same consent-based approach as a global standard.
Some browsers include a Do Not Track feature that signals to websites that you do not want to be tracked. There is currently no universally agreed technical standard for responding to Do Not Track signals. Recruitable does not currently respond to browser Do Not Track signals. If you do not want to be tracked, we recommend using the opt-out tools listed in Section 6.3 and adjusting your cookie preferences through our cookie banner.
We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time to reflect changes in the cookies we use, changes in technology, or changes in applicable law. We will update the Last Updated date at the top of this page when we make changes. Where changes are material, we will provide notice through the website. Your continued use of the website after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy. We recommend reviewing this page periodically.
