Pricing and plans
Recruitable offers three plans designed for recruitment agencies of every size. The Professional plan starts at $29 per user per month and includes a full AI-powered Applicant Tracking System, client CRM, candidate pipeline management, built-in invoicing, data enrichment, and more. The Professional Plus plan is $99 per user per month and adds AI notetaking and transcription for virtual meetings and phone calls, advanced job creation powered by Wiz Intelligence, the Recruitable calendar and scheduler built for recruitment agencies, revenue recovery tracking, team chats, and the Chrome Extension for LinkedIn sourcing. The Executive Recruiter plan is $150 per user per month and adds AI business development with job scraping, the white-labeled AI Candidate Resume Builder, and enhanced candidate and client data enrichment. All prices are per user per month and a 10 percent discount applies on annual billing.
Recruitable charges between $0 and $1,000 for implementation depending on the complexity of your setup and data migration requirements. Many agencies are live on the same day they sign up with no implementation cost at all. There are no hidden fees and no surprise charges once you are live on the platform.
If you are on a month-to-month plan you can upgrade or downgrade at any time from your account settings and changes take effect immediately. If you are on an annual plan you can upgrade to a higher tier at any time, but you cannot downgrade until your annual term is complete. All plan changes are managed directly inside your Recruitable account.
Yes. Annual billing saves every Recruitable user 10 percent compared to paying month to month. Annual plans are billed in full at the start of your billing cycle and are locked for the duration of the one-year term. Month-to-month plans carry no lock-in and can be cancelled at any time up to the end of your current billing month.
All Recruitable plans require a Master Service Agreement which sets out the terms and conditions of use. Month-to-month subscribers can cancel at any time and retain access until the end of their current billing month. Annual plan subscribers sign a one-year agreement and cannot cancel mid-term. The Master Service Agreement is straightforward and can be signed digitally inside the platform.
Recruitable supports any number of users from a solo recruiter on the Professional plan to hundreds of users across an enterprise agency on the Executive Recruiter plan. There is no minimum user requirement. Add or remove users at any time and your billing adjusts accordingly. Enterprise agencies with large teams should contact our team at support@recruitablehr.com for custom enterprise pricing.
Recruitable displays pricing in USD for users in the United States and Canada, GBP for users in the United Kingdom, and AUD for users in Australia. The numeric price is the same across all currencies. For example, a plan priced at $29 USD displays as 29 GBP for UK users and A$29 for Australian users. You can manually switch your preferred currency using the currency selector on the pricing page.

Yes. Recruitable includes a native e-signature and contracts tool so you can send recruitment agreements and terms of business directly from the platform.
Revenue Recovery is a feature in the Recruitable Professional Plus and Executive Recruiter plans that tracks every candidate you have ever introduced to every client. If a client hires a candidate you introduced without paying your placement fee, Recruitable flags it automatically.

Yes. Recruitable includes a built-in scheduler purpose-built for recruitment agencies, available on the Professional Plus and Executive Recruiter plans.
Yes. When a client reviews a submitted candidate in the client portal, they can choose to book directly with the candidate without any recruiter involvement.
Yes. Recruitable sends two SMS messages to every candidate from the Recruitable number to significantly reduce interview no-shows.
Recruitable supports five scheduler types: One-on-One, Round Robin, Group, Multi-Use Links, and Single-Use Links.
Yes. Every Recruitable scheduler link automatically detects the viewer's time zone and displays available slots in their local time.
